In a single week the work can run from a strip-center rooftop unit in Schaumburg to a warehouse make-up air unit in Elk Grove Village, a hotel boiler in Des Plaines and a VAV retrofit in an Itasca office park. ComEd supplies electricity across the area, and Nicor Gas serves most of it with natural gas. Each village runs its own permits.
